The 2017 ASSADPAM conference comes in a politically significant year in South Africa and abroad. These developments inspire deeper interrogation of the challenges to effective Public Administration. This Call for Papers thus asks for a reflection on the significance of Public Administration at the precipice of potential change. Hence the theme:
“Cultures, philosophies and reforms in Public Administration for the globalizing world: a reflection on local, regional and international perspectives. ”
